All these things are free and accessible to Google Chrome Browser at the Chrome Store Extensions page. When you have them installed you should be fine browsing the internet and keep computer safe from unwanted malware, virus, trojan, etc... for free.

- I suggest logged onto your Google Chrome. Follow through the images.
- To hide unwanted extensions from appearing follow through the images. (Right click > Hide button)
This will allow you to create a logged account specifically for your Google Chrome browser just encase it's been compromised. My advice to prevent from being compromised is to follow this simple instruction I have here:
Go to: chrome://settings/ > People > Un-check "Enable Guest Browsing" and "Let anyone add a person to Chrome"
This will prevent people from registering / logging a new account. If you feel like people are still able to uninstall your downloaded extensions you can always do this.

- Use the extension Simple Blocker and block unwanted sites and the following chrome://settings/ and chrome://extensions/ urls.
